If you purchased the Software through the Mac App Store, your use is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the Apple Terms of Service.

1.2 Direct Purchase Version (Lemon Squeezy)

If you purchased the Software directly through our website via Lemon Squeezy, your use is subject to these Terms and Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4.1 Direct Purchases (Our Website)

All direct purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases made directly through our website. To request a refund, contact dan@usbconnectioninformation.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details.

4.2 Refunds for Purchases Made Outside of Our Website

If you purchased our software through a third-party platform, you must contact that platform directly to request a refund. Their policies govern these transactions.

Apple App Store Purchases made via the Apple App Store are governed by Apple’s refund policy. We are unable to issue refunds for payments processed by Apple. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly.

Microsoft Store Purchases made via the Microsoft Store are governed by Microsoft’s refund policy. We are unable to issue refunds for payments processed by Microsoft. To request a refund, contact Microsoft Support directly.

5.1 Mac App Store Version

Updates are delivered automatically through the Mac App Store. Support is provided through the Mac App Store review system and our email support.

5.2 Direct Purchase Version

Updates are provided through our website or direct download links. You will receive email notifications about major updates. Support is provided via email at dan@usbconnectioninformation.com.

The Software does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All USB device information is processed locally on your computer. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

The Software and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Daniel Gauthier and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Software is licensed, not sold.
